And the touring machine rolls out, another "let's begin the begin" as R.E.M. kicks off the US-leg of the tour in Vancouver on 23 May 2008. At the same time what was going to be the end of the tour in Helsinki has now been extended with yet another 7 shows from Hamburg to Madrid.
